Here at Chef-K, we love a refreshing fruit salad during the summer. Fruit salad can be made with any fruit in season. In summer, find berries, grapes, peaches, nectarines, apricots, plums, melon, and so much more. We don’t even use a recipe in our camps. We just demonstrate how to cut up an assortment of fruit and squeeze the juice of a lemon over it and toss.
Super Tip: Learn simple little combinations of food like this to keep in mind. Then, you don’t need a specific grocery list, or specific ingredients. Keep fresh seasonal fruit available for the family. Then you can whip up an extra dish in a few minutes. Serve along with breakfast, lunch, dinner, or alone as a snack.

Healthy Fruit Salad Recipe
Serves 4
Ingredients
- Lemon
- Assorted fresh fruit, such as:
- Grapes
- 3 sliced plums
- 2 sliced peaches
Directions
- Wash and cut fruit
- Add fruit to bowl
- Slice Lemon and squeeze over bowl of fruit to taste
- Toss fruit gently
